There was one teller who maybe just didn't like me or was snooty. I had a savings account there for a while. And each time I would come in to cash a check, even with my ID and account through them. She would have to ask another teller if they recognized me? I found this very rude. She used to work at the Fred meyer branch and moved to the ammon location. Needless to say i closed my account there. Every other teller was amazing. Goes to show how one rotten apple can ruin it!
Don’t come in on a Friday. Came in 20 minutes before closing to add a user into an account. They turned us away because “that would take 30 minutes”. We were the only customers in there, and everyone was standing around. They’re not responding to any other negative reviews, so they’re fine with this.
I have always had fast and friendly service! I opened my first account during high school and I have been with them for years. The Chase Bank app is also incredibly useful, especially when you have the option of a physical banking location as well.
awful bank, they will let charges go through your account and overdraft just to collect the fee. Then charge you service charges out of nowhere when you have the required money in your bank account. They will change your account from saving to checking without telling you so they can charge you the fee twice. This bank is actually a scam.
