Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life! They have given my mom the run around for 3 weeks after she just lost her husband. Couldn't get anyone to help her to set up basic accounts or even order her own checks. They canceled several appointments and after I tried to talk to a manager they told me to go to another bank because they don't want to deal with us anymore.
SLOW!! I have to come to this bank several times per week to deposit cash for my job. It is never a quick bank run, I have to plan that it'll take at least 25 minutes, most of it spent waiting in line. They always have several people at the front, but every single one of them are slow
Awesome place to Bank!!! They are all very friendly and courteous. We highly recommend Zions Bank. Our Rep Cameron Cook is very prompt, knowledgeable and has been great to work with! Thank You all again!
