I use to bank there when I had an account with them and they were a pretty good Bank but I moved somewhere else due to personal reasons
This is more of a five-star experience with one of their employees I had today. I was in a hurry trying to make another bank before 5. She was aware of this and process the checks as quickly as she could. I was able to make the other bank at 5 because of her tenacity to get me out the door.
Always willing to assist in any way to help.
Baffles me how a bank can't break a $20 without an account. Absolute trash. Staff wasn't extremely unpleasant, but how on earth is it policy to not break a $20? After I told them I didn't have an account they were just dismissive, and unwilling to help.
Been there since 1958....
