This place was good for about 3 years until the (apparently) only good and affordable accountant on staff left. Once that happened, our family began having trouble with outlandish/dishonest billing practices and lousy customer service. Although the taxes were completed, they were just handed over with no explanation whatsoever. We've had to find outside help to try and get some clarity to make sense of how the taxes were done. It's unfortunate. The accountant who left this place was so wonderful, honest, and helpful. But after our experience this year, we definitely won't be back.
