I’ve seen Dr. Underwood about 5 times now and each time I have come in for an appointment she is at least thirty minutes late (I’ve waited an hour and a half before). She won’t tell you if you’ve gone over your twenty minutes and then will charge you extra after you just waited an hour on her. I’ve never been to a doctor’s office with such poor scheduling before. She just wants money so she over books her schedule and then charges you more the moment you go over your 20 minutes without telling you and of course after making you wait at least thirty minutes. Save yourself the frustration and just go to someone else.
