MOUNTAIN TRANSMISSION CENTERS

Truck broke down last night. Towed in after hours. I met Rick this morning and he has promised a diagnosis and repair plan in about 1 hour I am very impressed. Rick has been great thus far. (Update soon)

Rick did a great job rebuilding my transmission. He was always available to answer any questions I had. He was more than willing to show me exactly which parts needed replaced and show me why. And he also was fair and honest with his prices. He even called to let me know that he accidentally quoted me twice for a part. Took my vehicle here when I lost all power. Figured I'd lost another transmission. I travel for work and although he was extremely busy Rick got me in for a diagnosis first thing in the morning. (I'd shown up at closing time the night before) A look at it showed that wasn't the problem. He recommended another shop and I was able to get the problem fixed. Fair and honest man. Wouldn't even charge me for his time. Thank you sir!
