Very disappointed. I went into the Burley store - just to look - spoke with Cesar - but ended up completing online financing form - heard back a few days later from both Cesar and someone else asking all the same questions that were on the online form - then heard nothing. I reached out after a week - NO RESPONSE. Even if financing was unavailable to me, an answer would have been nice.
Great experience with griffin got the best duramax they make.....
Tried to get a used car from them but while I was waiting for the manager to bring the car from twin falls he sold the car to a guy in their mechanics shop didnt even get the chance to look at it, bad sales practice
Very bad experience a rip off never go back to that place I dont recommend that place to anybody. not just me I have a bad experience. but one of my coworkers had a very bad experience to.
I have been looking for a specific style of truck, in a hard price range for months. After contacting Tyler, he was awesome in bringing a truck over from Twin Falls that he thought I would like.... when I (finally) decided on my truck, Tyler and Jon helped in every way to make me comfortable in my decision and the entire process. I do love my truck!! Would recommend Tyler and Jon to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle!!
