A lot of the coolers in Rio Rico you will have to wait awhile to be loaded. This is because they are waiting for product to come across the Mexican border into the US. However, they were professional when I talked to them and they didn't make any false promises. They had a clean bathrooms to use. Finally, when they did start to load my trailer they were fast getting it done.
Everyone was polite and professional. Scan the QR code with your phones camera posted on the shipping door and check in thru their website that pops up. Put your pick up #,Name,Phone #,Trailer Plate # etc...go hangout in your truck till they call you. Once loaded they call again and paperwork and seal is in the back of the trailer, no need to walk back to office, your good to go. NO BATHROOM so bring empties if u need to PP!nnArrived 08:45nDoor 12:00nOut 14:00nnSeems they start at 10:00.
I spend 6 hours here check in is only on line you will find the link at there door.really small parking lot only 3 truck can park
Never want to come again here ! They waste whole day for loading
