This place is ridiculous. If you have pick up here and at neighbor facility you might think where to load first you can get stuck one more day in Rio Rico thanks to them. Lady on phone can put u on hold just for fun and lough at you. I was on hold and I used my wife phone and they responded immediately but I was on hold for 30 minutes and could of even wait even more.
Pain to go to, no room, whinning drivers. Waited 3 hrs for load
Check in for 1900 appointment at 1800, gave me a door by 1200 ,started loading me at 0500 and finished after 0700. Longest waiting time in Nogales for me
Worst place to load never doing it again my load was ready at 1 pm it is 9:30 pm still here 0 respect for drivers god bless
