We were headed south from our home in Washington and had a blown tire on the back duals on our motorhome. To make it worse it was Easter Sunday about 3 pm. We called all around but since it wasn't a common size it was not stocked the places we called. We were able to limp back to Burley, Id, and they let us stay until they could get the tire and fix the problem. Les Schwab has always treated us well.
A tire blew on our RV and while we were waiting for AAA to send someone to put on our spare, we called Les Schwab to see if they could fit us in and inspect our tires and make sure we would be safe driving the rest of the way to Oregon. I was greeted by such a friendly lady on the phone who assured us that they would help us and take care of us. We got there right before they were supposed to close but they were super accommodating and helped us anyway. Aaron was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! We feel much safer with our new tires. It was a bummer that this happened to our RV but I’m glad we went there! Thank you Burley Les Schwab team for the great customer service and for saving the day!
Got a flat while on a 8 hour drive. They were very nice, pulled my truck in promptly to work on it, and charged me nothing. Thanks for making quite the obstacle not much of an issue for us!
