Please stay away from this bank it's the worst ever. When I got a loan to travel to Oregon to visit a family member they never told me about the $100 extra charge. I told the lady in charge of the loans that instead of just paying like $97 I'll rather pay $100 a month, but instead they keep getting extra money from my account besides the $100 monthly payment. This bank is a fraud and becoming the next Wells Fargo. Kathy Endres is a big fat lier when it comes to honesty about the loans.
Have been with this bank for 7 years and they would not give my Courtesy pay how loyal I was to them trash bank stay away
Went everywhere through burley trying to cash my tax return after numerous hours and pointless visits to other banks I finally came to first federal where I was helped by Caitlyn she got me a savings account and cashed my return within 20 minutes! Highly recommend going to this bank and asking for Caitlyn!
Would not give me change for cash. They denied me because I didn’t have an account with them and that I was not a customer of theirs. Poor service!
