Disappointed, didn't show up to perform warranty work.
I can't comment on the work, as they never showed up to provide a quote. I called on a Friday and he said he could come out next Tuesday. Didn't show by 2pm, called to check if I was still on the schedule to visit. No big deal, people get busy.nnHe answered the phone and took him a moment to realize who I was and he remembered and said he was sorry, as they had received a lot of calls for work over the weekend. No problem, asked when he could come out. He said tomorrow around 10'ish. No problem, I work from home, so just text and let me know when you are on your way. No problem he says.nnWednesday no show by 10:20, so called to let him know that I had a call at 11am but could accommodate any time after 1pm, if he was not able to make it by 10:45am.nnNever answered the phone again and have never heard from them. I hope their work doesn't mirror their communication skills.
