What can I say? Not that I use locksmiths often, but when I have, I can’t say I’ve ever been so inclined to leave a review until now.nJohn was so kind in answering the call to open the door on my 1993 Thunderbird. Not only, he ordered a part to make the key for it since I no longer had one. Not even the Ford dealership who I called first, was even interested in trying to help.nI watched John do some work and even jokingly commented that he made me want to be a locksmith.nWhat excellent service and a super, incredibly nice person. Thank you kindly.
John programmed a new key fob for us and I don't regret waiting patiently for him to be available (he's a busy man for a reason!). He went above and beyond to help us out!nnJohn is simply the best at what he does AND he's Honest, reliable and just a great all around human being as well!
John was great! I haven't seen customer service this awesome in a while. Wind slammed my car door shut with keys inside while shopping just north of Sahuarita. John gave me an estimated time he'd be there (he showed earlier) and then a follow up while in route. Potentially stressful situation and he made it so easy. Made extra keys for me and was super pleasant to deal with! Calling him for everything 'key related' in the future! Great value!
Awesome experience. Knowledgable and tenacious, John met us in a store parking lot and reprogrammed a new key for our parents van No better service!
