Rocky showed up on time with a great attitude. He rekeyed 5 locks, two of which were over 50 years old and not easily rekeyed. After using Benedict Lock Service, I would not even consider another locksmith. Everything works perfectly. He even brought his 99 year-old Dad along who is quite vigorous and helped through the entire operation. I give them a 10 out o f10!!
