Matt and the team are awesome! My two girls loved going there. Matt was also super accommodating when some things came up, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend!
I have been a member of this gym, participating in kickboxing and boxing classes, since February 2020. In short, this gym has bettered my mental and physical health on so many levels. I came here knowing nothing about striking and I feel that not only have I learned self defense, I have learned it burning hundreds of calories each session. The coaches and fellow gym members here are all about making you better, helping you learn, and being comfortable in a judgement-free zone. If you are interested in something like this, don't hesitate any longer. Come on in and make a decision to better your life.
This place is awesome. My 5 year old daughter has been training at Undisputed South for 6 months, and she absolutely loves it. The experience has had a major positive influence on her confidence and development, and she's made some great friends too!nnThe owner and head teacher, Mr. Matt, strikes the perfect balance between being patient / having fun with the kids while also commanding their respect. My daughter leaves every class feeling like she overcame a challenge, learned something new, and had fun doing so.nnIf you're looking for a fantastic martial arts experience for your child, this is it. Shout out to Mr. Pedro as well. Keep up the great work, guys!
I started taking kickboxing classes at Undisputed South in January 2020 and it has been a great experience! I knew nothing about it, Keith and Matt have been great coaches. Always a fun atmosphere, and a great workout. There is also now fitness classes a couple times a week, that are also awesome. Highly recommend.
My 17-year-old son and I started boxing and kickboxing together at Undisputed South and have had nothing but good experiences. As a fitness coach, I appreciate the level of professionalism and expertise of both Keith and Matt. Not only are we learning the techniques of boxing and kickboxing, we are getting our money's worth in SWEAT equity every single class! We never leave disappointed!
