Knowledgeable athletes that kno how to teach
I've been going here for over 4 years and I love this place! Great coaches and great people! The workouts are challenging but they tailor it to what you can do and build from there. I love starting my day with the 5am class!
Green Valley Crossfit is the Real Deal. Great people, great facility. A very passionate group of trainers and owners. They definitely have your best interest in mind. They now offer one on one training and youth classes. Highly recommend going down and talking to Jay & Jesse and checking it out.
I've been going to this gym for years now. I recommend their boot camp class highly for an hour. The finest work out that you'll get ever. Over all very friendly staff and clean gym. Will not disappoint you.
