The sales team at Horne Ford Nogales did an incredible job locating and delivering my new truck. Dallas and his sales team went above and beyond in locating a truck matching my specific request at another dealer and delivering it to Scottsdale. The service staff was courteous and quick to answer my questions. Not being from here I was able to leave my vehicle at the dealership while the repairs were made (obviously) and was able to get some factory recalls taken care without even having to ask for them. I have always been distrusting of my local Page, AZ dealership which is why I’ve never taken my truck there but the staff at Horne ford made it all too easy for me to trust them with my vehicle. Great staff great work Horne Ford in Nogales, AZ!

Called this morning (2/8/2021 @ 11am) to inquire about having replacement keys for my 03 Mustang cut and programmed and was hung up on 4 times in a row by the woman who answered the phones. The last time I called to verify it wasn't a connection issue by asking for a manager in service and was transferred without issue before relaying to him the situation (to his credit he offered to assist me personally). If you don't perform the service or don't know, tell me or go ask someone, but hanging up on customers is ridiculous. Not only unprofessional but infuriating, and as a family who owns multiple Ford vehicles, one of which was purchased from there, you can thank whoever that rude woman was for losing all our future business.
