My husband and I recently bought a car here. The experience was so outstanding that we will probably never look elsewhere when its time to purchase again. This is a family business, which we are partial to anyway, but. Both Benny SR and Benny JR went out of their way to 1. Make sure the vehicle was in tip top shape when we drove it off the lot. This included replacing a few things FREE OF CHARGE. 2. Make sure we felt comfortable and informed with each step. They were so patient and willing to really listen to what we had to say. We were thrilled at this level of customer service. Benny JR really made providing info necessary for financing much easier. He really seems to know his stuff for such a young guy. Now financing was somewhat complicated, but Martin went WAY out of his way to make it happen. To say he bent over backward for us would be an understatement. When the bank was unable to reach my work to confirm I was employed, Martine actually drove out to my employer! This had to have taken most of his day as it is quite far from the dealership. These are the types of things that Genesis did for my husband and I to leave with the vehicle we really wanted. It would take many pages to list all the wonderful things they did, but these are a few examples of the fantastic customer service you will find at Genesis Auto Sales.
