Worst customer service and worst return policy. Trying to ripoff customers.
Not happy with the way treat customers tried many times to ask questions very rude people they have working there not impressed
Had what I needed, at a good price too.
They help me check my battery alternator were working. they are somewhat knowledgeable but if they don't know it they're willing to help find the answer for you.
Yesterday, as I was driving around downtown, the coolant hose connecting to my radiator popped off, splashing coolant and billowing white smoke everywhere under the hood. That just about gave me a heart attack. Fortunately, I was close enough to Advance Auto to limp on over without undo difficulty, though I had to pull over once to avoid overheating the engine. Once there, I was greeted by two friendly technicians who confirmed the problem and managed to readjust the hose and hose clamp. After letting the engine cool for an hour, I refilled the coolant and drove back to Watertown without issue. Crisis averted! I will need a new radiator, but these guys saved the day for me. I’m a big fan of Advance Auto, and these employees go out of their way to help their customers....I highly recommend them.
