I am not an easy going person when it comes to the quality of work performed on my vehicles! With that being said I was very pleased with the service that Nagel's performed. During the Covid-19 Pandemic there were companies in town I couldn't even get ahold of Nagel's answered the call and did great! They were very friendly as well!!
They did not call me about updates or return my calls. Gave me my car a week late. When I did get my car back my backup camera was even worse than it was when I took it to them. If 0 starts was an option I would give it to them.

Needed some body work done after colliding with wildlife on the highway. Nagel's got me a quick estimate, very reasonable. I was able to get on the schedule quickly and the work was completed on time. They even provided a loaner vehicle. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. Very friendly, customer-oriented staff. Will definitely use them again (although I hope I don't have to).
