First I just want to say that I was so worried about going here because of the reviews. I ordered something on wish and sent it here before I saw the reviews, and once I saw them I really was worried I’d made a huge mistake. However, the experience was totally mundane. I walked in, showed the QR code, and was given my product. The only bad thing about this experience is that the back of the store was a complete mess. It looked like they were in the middle of completely redoing the back. Walls were bare and torn, and Halloween costumes were scattered everywhere. Otherwise I had a fine experience with this store.
This place is great, I went here, to pick up quite a bit of order's, that I ordered from WISH,which is a really good deal, you can save quite a bit of money on shipping charges having them sent to a local store, nearest you, the guy behind the counter, who got my orders for me was so very nice, I enjoyed talking to him
I tried calling, left a VM, no response. I ordered stuff on wish, it arrived at the store a month ago and they still havent opened, called, or responded in any way for the stuff i ordered and shipped there.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They won't exchange sizes. When I got home I realized I needed a bigger size on one pair of pants and a larger size for another. The saleswoman told me I had worn the clothes and I hadn't. She refused to exchange my sizes and I had just bought the clothes a couple days previously.
If I wanted to be asked by 3 different people in a matter of 5 minutes I would have just asked to see it. I would like to have actually look around the store, but Instead 3 different girls needed to ask me if I wanted what I was looking at. The girls that work here are WAY too pushy. I probably won't be shopping here ever again this incident pissed me off, and I left with nothing because of it.
