Had to wait for fish, but they came out good and hot. Friendly service.
I eat Arby’s a decent amount and this is by far the worst location I have ever eaten at. My roast beef was burnt. It probably was under a warmer all day. We ordered waffle fries and every since one of them was burnt to a crisp or hard as a rock. I would not recommend this location not even if I was the last place to eat on earth. Save your money or go to McDonald’s.
Faster service than they used to have. I prefer the drive through and haven't ever eaten in their dining area. I'm neutral on friendliness here. They arent rude nor friendly. A bit pricey.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We got into town around 10 pm pulling our boat. Everything was closed, except Arby’s & McDonald’s. The dining rooms are closed due to Covid, so we tried to place our order & walk through the drive through (like every other place is offering due to the current pandemic) to pick it up. The drive through attendant was extremely rude & told us we can’t walk up after dark for “her safety”. We let her know we had 4 hungry kids, some of which were crying. She basically told us she didn’t care & turned off the speaker. Thank goodness McDonald’s across the street knows what good customer service is. They didn’t make us walk through the drive through, & instead helped us at the side door. Our food was freshly made & delicious, & we were happy. We won’t even waste our time with this Arby’s in the future.
