You can't beat free bus services. The buses are sometimes a bit late, but I've had very little problems with that. I used to commute from Preston to Logan every day and the bus system was pretty reliable. Not many buses to Franklin or Preston, but that's understandable given how out of the way they are. I love the Loop service in Logan and have had no issues there. It is nice to be able to get to downtown without driving on crowded main street.

Bus service app always seems to glitch and leave me guessing when next bus will arrive at the main station. It's free and can get you around to most places in town, so that's nice... But it sure would be nice if the busses were predictable.

You can always count on CVTD to get you from Point A to Point B safely and in a timely manner. I would like to compliment the exceptional service of the bus driver’s, specifically those of Steve Higbee and Tyler Blackburn on their duties as they seem to always go the extra mile (quite literally) to make sure I enjoy the ride. I am always greeted with a smile when traveling CVTD and look foreword to my next visit.
