Grand Valley Vernal, Utah branch continually makes charges and withdrawals from my account, that I am not making. My husband has account there, and I have my own different account there also. They are always taking money out of my account and giving it to him and putting charges on my account that go on his account. I will be removing my savings and checking accounts from them within the next few days.

Doing business with this local bank is easy! I’m an accredited investor and most larger banks have so much red tape to get anything done.nI’ve had to meet many deadlines to get investment loans done. Pete Morphy their Vernal Branch president and his team will think outside the box to get the transaction closed! They’ve saved me money and helped build my portfolio many times over!nEven my title company said these guys are on point with their paperwork and execution! Keep it up guys!
Asked for a copy of check cashing procedures and was denied. All the employees could say is we are not required to help you. I've cashed checks from the same person for over a year. Shouldn't have been an issue. So when I asked for policies or rules for my account they declined and were not even willing to tell me where I could find them. Very poor customer service. You would think a financial institution would have their member policies on hand for when they are requested.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable atmosphere.
