Chollar Mine Tour

This was a great tour. Bill really puts love into what he's telling you. It was entertaining, educational and cool experience. John was also very friendly and told us about the many pieces of unique antique equipment they have on site while we waited for our tour.nIt's about 45min so easy to pop in while visiting the city.nnDefinitely glad we looked up this place and visited.

Awesome Mine Tour! We loved it! Our tour guide Bill, was amazing and funny too! The owner was very friendly and told us about some interesting history about the mines. We really enjoyed our 1st experience ud83dude42

Bill was great. Full of knowledge and very informational. glad we decided to do it. Not great for small kids but perhaps 6 and up. Great adventure for us old folks too.

Bill was fantastic and very accommodating to our family. We’ve been coming to Virginia City for years and somehow never took this tour previously. I’ve been on just about every tour there and this was one of my favorites. You’re able to walk back over 400 feet into an actual mine and learn about the history and process these miners went through. Definitely a must for anyone visiting the area.
