I had rented here before and had trouble getting my deposit back. I made the mistake of renting here again and the situation has gotten worse. Let me first say that the owner is great, but the manager is awful. Rude, inappropriate remarks are just some of the issues I have with the manager. I'll be writing more reveiws hoping this facility will get the professional management this business deserves.

Watch out for unauthorized charges! The manager charged my credit card twice in the last week with unauthorized charges. I'm being charged for cleaning of units that I won at auction even though they were empty(except personal items) and swept out. The manager expects you to clean the outside of the unit in the area under the door that has hardened mud which you would need a shovel to break up. The contract does not mention anything about how clean the unit needs to be nor is there any mention of cleaning charges. The manager does not understand that he cannot charge credit cards without authorization. Pay in cash if you must deal with this place.

Great owner, good facility, lousy manager. Too bad this business is represented so poorly.

We rented this unit 3 1/2 years ago and the manager, Joe is one of the nicest men we have had the pleasure of working with. More companies should have more employees like Joe. Gonna miss you Joe!
