For those of you who have always been interested in checking out kickboxing, definitely recommend this place. I don't review a lot but I do have to give a big shout out to Kurt & Zephery for being amazing coaches and keeping the atmosphere fun & educational. Check them out, you won't regret it.
My daughter has gained a confidence that I didn’t know she could. The coaches are efficient, patient, and fun.
This place is great, expected something else entirely. Now that I go it’s a place where I can go to work out and talk to people who have incredible respect for one another. The place is great, especially for new experiences.
Kurt is a great coach and he has it down when it comes to kickboxing, fromnBeginners to experienced, classes are engaging for all, not a place to be intimidated, the team is very welcoming and each classes challenges you and pushes you to do better. The coaching staff is super engaged, never one to hold back on feedback, to making adjustments to point you in the right direction. If you ever are considering any sort of MMA this should be your first stop
The gym has a very friendly vibe as soon as you walk in. Our head Coach Kurt Brooks is one of the nicest people I've ever met with an amazing attention to detail. All the equipment is kept clean and maintained. I would recommend Carson Kickboxing club to anyone who even has a little intrest in self defense or fitness in general.
