I would 100 percent recommend Kaia fit gym to everyone! When I was looking for a gym, I needed someone to help me figure out the proper way to workout, I didn’t know the first thing about fitness. I got exactly what I was looking for coming to Kaia. The coaches are so helpful and will show you exactly what to do, and modify what exercise is best for you.

I have been with Kaia Fit Fernley for two years now. I am so thankful that I discovered this gem. It is not just about the workouts that keep me coming, those are just a bonus. The friendships that have been created because of Kaia are so special. If I am in town, you can bet I am looking forward to attending. If I am out of town, I truely miss the workouts.nThe owner and coaches create an environment that you look forward to. They encourage you to go beyond what you think you are capable of doing.nI love the variety of workouts available almost everyday. The time slots that are offered each day make it possible for a person to fit it into their busy schedules.nAll I can say is give it a try, what do you have to loose?nWhat once was a tough workout may someday be your warmup.
