We went in knowing what car we were interested in and this dealership did not disappoint! Connor was our salesperson and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions or get us the person that could. Mike was our finance guy and he too was personable, explained everything, and super efficient with all of the paperwork. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

Had a good deal on a new Ram at Dave Smith Motors in Idaho but decided to give my local dealer in Fernley a shot. Best move I made! Fernley gave me a better deal! Last Thursday was getting ready to go camping and hooked up my new truck to my new 5th wheel and had no power to my trailer after plugging it in. Contacted Fernley Dolan and they were swamped but told me to come in the next day at 1100. I showed up at 1030 and they got right on it. Found out that the problem was from the after market plug I had put in from a shop in Reno. They fixed it and I was on the road before my 1100 appointment. Friendly great service!nI don't care much for car dealerships but Fernley Dolan has A LIFELONG CUSTOMER WITH ME! Thanks for everything! Can't say enough great things about our hidden gem in Fernley.

Eli and sales Manager Robert were very helpful to my wife and I on the purchase of our New Cherokee 2021. Eli went above and beyond with customer service. He is knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot which helped is on the finale decision of our Jeep. We did a lot of research on the Dolan Jeep dealership in fernley website being there in person was a fantastic experience. They are the best!
