Great experience. When I pulled in an employee was right there to assist me. He answered all my questions and understood what I was looking for as I need something to accommodate my height. He followed up with me the next day to see if I was still in the market and made sure that I knew he was there if I needed anything.

We bought a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander in 2019.nThe initial process was very quick, took the vehicle for a drive and came back and did the paperwork. We were new to the vehicle buying process.nLooking back, I feel like they really took advantage of us as young people. We had both had good credit. They let us drive away with the car without getting all of the details of the loan approved and later came at us with a steep interest rate. But we needed the car & we already had it, so we agreed.{yea.. I know. Seems a little crazy/fishy— they were very pushy about signing the paperwork—don’t worry about anything—which in turn made us feel comfortable because they were really nice}nThey were super friendly and assured us if we needed a different vehicle to come back and they’d take care of us..nThe car they sold us needed a whole set of tires(4 tires!), an oil change, & new battery within a month of buying it.. not something you’d expect form purchasing a vehicle from a dealership.nnA year later we went back to get a larger vehicle (at fernley dealership), after unexpectedly finding out we were due with twins. They didn’t even give us the time of day! It took them a week to even get back to us to negotiate price. They gave us the lowest trade in value for the car they sold us a year ago. And ultimately they never even called us back.nnUltimately Eagle Valley Motors made us feel like complete fools for trusting them. Yes, they made us feel comfortable in the car buying process at first but they just robbed us blind and took advantage of us.nnNot the good people they claim to be.

I waited a little while to post this review but now im certain. We bought and 08 impreza from the guys at eagle valley motors here in fernley. So far, we love the car. Its been great. We have had some issues with things in the engine BUT eagle valley (fernley AND carson) have done nothing but take care of us. Thes guys are absolutely wonderful.

Everyone has been wonderful and did everything to get me into a car. No issues at all. They are a great dealership to go through.

I made an appt a few days prior to my visit, dude I made an appt. with talked about Black Friday deals and cyber Monday. I showed early for my visit and test drove the car. I talked to the dealer and he didn’t know anything about any deals or specials. He was with someone so I waited patiently to talk numbers... he didn’t even get to me until 45 min after my appt time. What a joke.
