Starbucks

Waiting in drive thru for 35 minutes! They need more employees and/or more than one location in Fernley NV.

100% of the time my service is fantastic. I’ve never been someone who goes to Starbucks every day but now I do because of the people. 10/10 it’s a great venue. The coffee is delicious and when I use the mobile app I get my coffee as soon as I get there.nnThanks for making every morning fantastic!

Drive thru she was excellant, coffee is great

Coffee is good, but mobile ordering food is a total joke. They consistently forgot or didn’t notice we’d ordered food and we would wait 10+ minutes before mentioning it, at which point they’d add our food to the queue to heat up. Several times we mobile ordered and spent 30 minutes from ordering time to getting our food.

I have to be honest here. 99% of the time I love their coffee. I get the same coffee every time. They have lost a ton of service from me due to wait times. When there are 10+ cars waiting and I have 4 kids in the car its just not worth the wait.
