Jack in the Box

If I could rate this a 0 I definitely would! The night time drive thru manager Nolan. Was extremely rude to me through the drive through intercom. After making me wait to order with no cars in front of me and a line behind me into the street. I asked repeatedly through the speaker if anyone was there. And he rudely responded “I asked you to wait, no need to be rude”. I pulled forward and got to the window to see no one there. After leaving I called their phone to ask to speak with a manager. He picks up and states he’s the one in charge and I was being rude to him and would be glad if I filed a complaint to his GM. He was very prideful in the way he treated me all he did was ask “anything else” and hung up the phone on me without an apology or a goodbye. Very very poor customer service and not a great example for other employees. I do not recommend going here while he is on shift. Terrible terrible mannerism. Not very quick. And did not care at all about customer service.

Staff is very nice (even if we can only really interact via intercom lol) and fast food workers overall have been a godsend in 2020-21. Thanks for your service, y'all need the better pay!

Went there with an order for me and some family members. One person asked for 2 burgers with 2 hamburger Patty's. So when I looked at the menu it looked like the jumbo jack had 2. I Could have been a mistake on my part but didn't see anything saying I had to ask for 2 Patty's. Got home and the family member was not happy, it had 1 but what made me mad is the manager the next morning, didn't want to talk about it and was just straight out rude. Like she more important things to do. No customers business. I know that because I worked in customer service for about 20 years.

My husband and I go here sometimes for a quick bite to eat before a grocery trip at Walmart. Breakfast sandwiches are good; iced coffees are good; never had a bad experience with staff. We'd prefer to not have the indigestion afterwards, but hey, that's par for the course with fast food.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit I think Jack in the Box application the drive-through attendant was attentive descriptive and helpful if only I could remember this young man's name. I enjoyed my hamburger double Jumbo Jack with cheese in my opinion was the best burger I've eaten in quite a while I will eat there again. Matter fact I think I'm going to go there now
