Js’ Old Town Bistro

Great place to go for a nice meal with family and friends. Of course parties no larger than 6, I believe, are allowed at this time , which is fine being it's not that big inside. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely keep in mind when we want a night out and a good meal. Need a spot like this in Carson City that doesn't try to be pretentious or trendy that they limit their customer base.

Very good restaurant. Seafood, Steaks, and Pasta. The weekly specials are excellent. Very nice historic building. Call for reservations if you want to be seated. Very good at following covid protocols.

Top notch food very impressed

Amazing food, drink and service! My boyfriend and I have come here twice now, and Debbie luckily was our server both times! She is so sweet and efficient. Always let's us know about the specials just in case, even though we are pretty much set in our ways and know what we like. Very sweet and personable. The whole place has a great vibe. Amazing place to have dinner and some drinks or even just to sit at the bar and have a drink. Highly recommend. :)

Went to dinner last night my food, prime rib was great, service was good until we got main dish, couple minutes in I requested house radish the waiter/bar tender delivered it and never came back to see how dinner was until the end. My date had a sea food special that was by her taste was over cooked and after a few bites told me and stopped eating it, as staff was busy I couldn't get any one attention quietly so I waited when he came back I was done and asked if she said like a box, she explained it was over cooked and dissatisfied and the waiter had a melt down as he rushed the plate away, upon his return I tried to explain our situation as my date returned I suggested he apologize a few words exchanged and he got upsett again and muttered not under his breath guess I can't make this one happy as he walked behind the bar. No comp offered but cheese cake,(very good) his attitude infuriated both of us, I mentioned his attitude to the greeter on our way out. Had her returned to us 5-10 minutes into main course he could have avoided the issue all together Not worried about paying for food not eaten was not the point. Waiter/bar keep was rude and not professional.
