Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Worst branch I’ve ever been to! Takes forever to even do a deposit and they always have only 1 person working while all the others just stare at the line and stand around. I highly recommend the o e off Topsy lane more than this one!! Satisfaction was not met here.

Permanently closed, bank of america is going out of business and taking your money with them

Atm has been broken for weeks. Won't let me take out money daily or even biweekly for some reason. Went inside and was told I could only take out part of my money. This place is terrible and the people who work here are extremely rude. I would never bank here willingly and once the pandemic is over I will never have anything to do with them again

Beware of the manager, Stephanie. She will talk over you when you have a complaint, does not call you back when she promises she will and is the most incompetent person in the banking industry. She also cannot make a deposit correctly. I would never open an account here and see why the ratings are so low.

This branch is closed and has been closed off and on for years now. BoA service here is very bad. Always a long line when it is open.
