One stop Banking. Very Accommodating.
Great service. Tyler Ellis in Carson City helped us with a specific request. He took his time to research and ensure that we received even more than we asked for and accommodated to a situation most couldn’t help us with. He was very personable and knowledgeable, it made the visit exceptional.
They have an extremely hard time setting up and cancelling recurring transfers from my account to another bank account. I spent hours on the phone and in person at the bank(multiple times) trying to stop a simple recurring transfer. Most banks offer these services online or through a phone app but GNCU does not. It was less work to just close my accounts and go somewhere else.
The tellers are always friendly and smiling. Even a long line can go in and out rather quickly. I always enjoy my trips into this branch.
I have an auto loan with GNCU. I sent in a direct pay form over a month ago. I do not see a pending payment on the online portal even though the payment is due in 2 days.nnI called your bank yesterday and again today. The person I talked to was not able to help me either day and have been told that I will get a call back tomorrow. Due to my work schedule I am not always available, If I miss the call, how will I know whether I need to do something else to make sure the payment is going through or not?.nnThis is an example of poor customer service and a poor on-line banking site. I am just trying to avoid a late payment and confirm that you have received the direct deposit form, and yet I can not get this information by phone or via your website.
