Small local gym, but have the necessary equipment to get a good workout. Good: $5 day pass for military. Bad: closed on weekends.
Good selection of free weights and equipment, has a nice aerobics room and offers various classes. Never seen this place get crowded. Stays open late by Los Alamos standards.
Whenever I come to town... It's the only place I will go. Super nice and knowledgeable staff. Ken is the greatest! Thank you
