(This post has been updated, please read all)nnOur appointment was lost but they took us in any way. They didnt contact us to let us know what was wrong with our vehicle or consult us about buying parts for it. We had to call to see if our car was ready. Fortunately our car is on warranty. Original rating: 3 starsnnUpdate: We were reached out to by Management who quickly took the necessary steps to make things right. A specialist was called in on our behalf and took a look at our vehicle and found the real issue with the car. We were notified of everything ahead of time and this helped me, especially as a new parent, to make necessary arrangements. Second visit i would rate 5 stars.nThank you Margaret!

Was sad to see very few vehicles. Wanted to get a truck from here, but almost no inventory. Best of luck to them.

Had my SUV towed here so it could be serviced through warranty. My vehicle had no scratches or dents anywhere. When I went to pick it up there was a dent by the door where it looked like they tried to get in. Prior to this they called asking where the keys were. When the tow guy gave them the key. Sad you can't trust your own city car place. They denied it up and down but the dent was brand new. It took them 3 weeks to service my car. Pls do not go here.
