Excellent service from the guys in parts and service. Very helpful. Only thing is building was cold in the service waiting area and there was no hot water in the restroom.

**please read before you have your vehicle serviced here** We had our Jeep serviced there recently. We wanted to support local, however, it was a costly mistake. Due to parts shortages, it took over 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. That part, though difficult to not have your vehicle for that long, is understood. During that time, my vehicle was left unattended and the inside of my Jeep was cleaned out. Someone stole my bass speakers, my amplifier, my sons wallet from the back seat pocket with $40 in it along with his student id, cell phone cords, even the cell phone mount that was suction cupped to the windshield. The dealership took NO responsibility for the theft. When you drop off a vehicle for service, you instill a trust that they will take care of it and return it to you in better condition than when you dropped it off, not to return it with everything stolen and leave you to deal with it on your own. I was told to file a police report (what a joke that would be) and file an insurance claim. I have a $250 deductible, which leaves me paying out of pocket. It was a very unfortunate mistake on our part.

Service Department was fast friendly and awesome!!! I drove all the way from Albuquerque for better service at a Jeep dealership, I was pleasantly surprised!!

This dealership is fabulous, service is great, mechanic's are great, only problem was no hot water in the restroom and kinda cold in Wait room
