The best spot ever. Rescuing food saves the planet and we all get great quality inexpensive yum food and try all sorts of new stuff we wouldn't normally buy. Super cool people. Vindeket is amazing.
Fantastic way to stop food going into the landfill. Take only what you know you can use. All volunteer based, so chip in $ what you can. Prepare to wait as it has become very busy. Don't forget to bring your own reusable bag.
What a gift Vindeket and it’s volunteers are to our community. They have put food on my table when I otherwise wouldn’t have had anything. Extremely grateful for such an innovative concept. Thank you also for having a vegan cooler!

Vindeket is amazing! I like that I can get delicious and interesting foods (and often organic/natural) for cheap while also saving them from the landfill. Much of the food that ends up here only has minor damage, like a crumpled corner of a box or one broken egg in the dozen. The volunteers are lovely too!
