The staff and management are great.nHowever, there is a drainage problem. Whenever it rains or the snow melts a puddle/pond forms that completely covers the main sidewalk near the front entrance.nI prefer to use the sidewalk and crosswalk for safety reasons.nThe puddle is so deep that people have to out into the parking aisle and away from the crosswalk.
