Very friendly staff made my U-Haul renting process easy and smooth!
Worth every star. The staff were amazing and made it so easy to organize a storage unit, they couldn't have been more helpful. We stored some items several years ago and felt it was very secure and easy to access so I didn't hesitate to use Freedom Storage again. Many thanks for all your assistance.
This place rocks. The manager is awesome and super friendly. We have been using this place for storage for our business and we couldn't be happier. We have storage units in several cities in the US and this is the best by far! Thank you so much!
Freedom Storage and his guys very superb, called to let me know my online reservation was accepted & when could I come in to do paperwork. Went in the next day and he was very professional and helpful. Was happy to show me the size storage I would need & helped with paperwork. The office and grounds are extremely clean and well kept.
Where do I begin? The customer service was outstanding from the beginning. Their price was reasonable and the move was arranged in about 45 mins. The team that came to move us was efficient and careful as they move our furniture and boxes. I think Leon was the lead. I highly recommend Storage. If we have to move again, they will be the Freedom Storage company we call!
