I’ve had to use storage facilities for the last couple years and I’ve had both really great and not so great experiences. This facility is one of a kind. No hassles, no penny pinching. Alyssa has a great attitude about customer service which is a breath of fresh air in today’s bottom line focused business mentality. If I ever need these services again. I know where to go. I’ll definitely be referring my friends!

I have enjoyed storing my camper with Berthoud Lake Self Storage for several years now. Their fenced-in RV parking is secure and safe. Alyssa has been most helpful and professional. She is always on the ball and responds immediately to anything I may have. She also relocated me into a smaller unit to help with my savings. I appreciate having such a private and quiet place to store my camper with a trustworthy caretaker. I highly recommend checking out Berthoud Lake Self Storage for storing your prized RV or camper. It's the only place for me.
We have stored things here for years and been very satisfied. The on site managers David and Alyssa are great. Helpful when needed but not intrusive. Seems that the new owners intend to continue things as they have been while making improvements where necessary. We have been very happy with the storage experience. When we have needed to add or delete some storage, all has gone smoothly every time.
