This storage facility was not the cheapest around, but I was happy to pay a little extra for quality and safety. Security at this facility is very good and the storage units are in excellent shape. If you ever want to call a moving truck to come get your stuff, this facility has wide driving lanes that larger trucks can navigate. I would choose this facility again.
This is the second time I used this business. The employee is very nice and the facility had the correct size unit for my needs. Plus I was able to take advantage of the free month. A very clean storage facility.
I was in dire need of a storage unit on Christmas Eve 2020. My life had blown up unexpectedly and I needed a safe place for my things ASAP. This was one of the few storage places open, they got me in right away found exactly what I needed and were so helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
AWESOME COMPANY! I forgot about my storage unit and would have paid for 6 months with it empty. I called today and Jake was super helpful. Informed me if you empty your unit and take a lock off they'll see it and stop billing you.nnThis company could easily profit off of people like me but chooses to do the ethical thing instead.
