Kevin was absolutely wonderful at helping us choose the best storage units for our needs. He was friendly and checked on us frequently. We had one problem with the metal flashing on the outside and he immediately had it repaired. Also, there was a day when we failed to lock the storage unit correctly; it wasn't secure. He took care of that and followed up with a phone call to make sure we didn't have that problem again. On the last day I had a low tire and he even helped me with that. BTW, we love the secluded location of this Storage.
Kevin was the most gracious and wonderful manager, I felt so at home in his office. Kait has also been extremely helpful every time I have come into the office - I highly recommend this location!
Kevin Alvarez was the gentlemen who helped me an I gotta say he's a stand up guy very helpful and insightful I couldn't have asked for a better experience this facility is very clean also in a safe location lights everywhere .
Awesome place. The manager Kevin is super easy to work with and really friendly. I had my stuff there for just a month while I got situated into housing here and the process was so easy and painless. When it came time to end my storage unit rental, I just gave them a call and they got it all worked out in about 2 minutes. Incredible. If I need storage again, I'll most certainly be using this location.
