We liked the cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of staff and how easy it was to cancel our subscription. I don't like that the rate increased soon after signing on. Ultimately, the rate increase was why we canceled our subscription. We were worried that the rates would keep increasing periodically and frankly, paying to store the junk we don't use regularly just isn't worth that much to us. However, the rates were lower or comparable to competitors so I would still recommend this storage unit facility if you must store.
Fast and easy to setup and the staff were very helpful, also for a small extra fee I was able to obtain 24 hour access which helps with my small business situational needs.
They are very easygoing, not to much on rules and regulations. My last storage place evicted me for having my storage door half closed when I was digging some stuff out. CubeSmart really didn’t care to much.
Very positive experience! Great communication with management. The GM Tim at the Fort Collins location went above and beyond to set me up with a unit that suited my needs. The facility is sparkingly clean and secure. I was looking for a storage unit with very short notice... this space exceeds expectations.
Tim was on it from the get go. My time in store was very limited. Access to unit is a breeze. Very clean!nPrices are fair and affordable. Highly recommend.
