My wallet was stolen and with the pandemic everything took 2 weeks to get. This place didn't care that I was going through that. I am looking forward to being able to remove my things and end my contract. I need to deal with people who care about their customers. They charged me 38 bucks for a late fee THAT'S 2 DOLLARS LESS THAN MY MONTHLY RENT!!! I suggest during these trying times you choose a company that has compassion and is less corporate.
Just a guest but looks very well taken care of and my friend appears to be happy with them. Seems very secure as well.
Great place clean ,no critters in storage,pretty good prices for the area ,great staff and very friendly and accommodating
