This deserves more than a 5 star review. Colleen is AMAZING! She made renting so easy and she was so polite and answered all my questions. She always has a smile on her face and waves at me whenever she sees me. She’s so amazing.
The reservation specialist forgot to mention you need to provide proof of homeowner or renters policy AND YOU HAVE TO BUY ONE OF THEIR 19MM CYLINDAR LOCKS FOR $17.00. because pad lock's are not allowed. You can buy these on line for $8.00.nThis felt like a bait and switch to say the least.
Our move went seamlessly because of your excellent service. Caleb was instrumental in getting us set up with two storage units, guided us in getting them rented in close proximity to each other and set up help getting the movers to them. Caleb thank you for all your considerate attitude in helping us.
Queen facility, staff is very helpful. Offers both climate controlled and non-climate controlled storage. Rates are affordable. A great storage option.
