Staff refuses to wear masks... had to threaten them to call uhaul to send me to a different uhaul location to get the fellow working there to put on a mask. Then he wore it wrong, made snide comments the whole time, and overall provided very bad customer service.nnAvoid this location unless you're into catching diseases...
I have my rv stored there, very accommodating and friendly Personnel.
At pick up the gentleman refused to wear a mask. Upon return was charged a cleaning fee for dust left in a open utility trailer. Called to dispute and was told to eff off and was hung up on. Rude!
About the only thing you'll catch here is covid, as they're not following the lockdown rules and remaining open.
We had a great experience renting a trailer here. The pick up process was quick. I would rate this among our best Uhaul renting experiences, and we have had quite a few over the years.
