I've been storing there for 10 years while out of state. Ida is the reason I have stayed despite the increase in price. She is the best on site manager ever and I will miss her sooooo much. Increased price was a bit steep but, that wasn't her fault. ud83dude01
Ida is welcoming and amicable. I am satisfied with their service and prices. Only open 8-8 but i made it work.
Had an issue of someone appearing to be living inside the unit, wrote a review explaining the situation, got a nearly immediate response from the property owner stating that the problem has been taken care of. Great customer service, and I thoroughly appreciate the swift action that was taken. Great place to store belongings at a fair price! 5 stars!
It's a great place to store your stuff clean he access and affordable
The staff was very polite and welcoming! Felt like they knew what they were doing and were professional. I would come back again if I needed another storage unit!
