My husband & I have been with this storage for I think a few years now. The 1st thing that attracted us was the price. Since I can't seem to find a way to get rid of all this stuff that I never seem to miss anyway, at least I can find some comfort in what I pay to store it. We are ALWAYS scrambling to get it paid at the very last, possible minute & I know there have probably been a few times when my husband & I were a real pain in the u know what for Jody, but from day one she's been pleasant & understanding. She is always there by herself managing the place & I can't believe how critical some people have been because I can't imagine how difficult it'd be to deal with people that are sneaking through the gate or having to take negative reviews from people complaining about things which are clearly stated in a contract that they signed, or having the auction list completed & EVERY TIME the SAME people pay at the last second so it has to be amended (us! ud83eudd2b) - and yet still manage to keep smiling & have a friendly disposition. I appreciate that the most.
Friendly, easy to set up a storage unit, she was very helpful with the paperwork and questions, the unit itself was clean and ready to go when I got started. They have a website to pay each month and set up auto pay so it doesn't go past due for any reason. I like the place and felt I got a great deal.
Been at U-Store for 5 years now. I love it. Prices are great especially compared to nearby and Services is even more amazing. Jodi is wonderful and I would never go to anywhere other U-Store!
Customer service is awsome.
They're so called pay online website is impossible to find where you can pay your storage bill. They have suppisedi in with their other businesses and it's a pain in the butt and my first payment was late because of their poor programming. I have yet to find the pay online
